Hello, and thanks for taking time to have a look.

Photography has been a passion of mine since I discovered the darkroom at my high school in Hexham, Northumberland.

After a brief working holiday in the Albert Hotel, Kirkwall, I vowed to return to Orkney after my two year diploma course in photography studied at Newcastle college of art. I moved to Stromness in May 1993 and have never looked back.

I live with my partner Neil and two children Ryan & Cody who keep me busy!
